The Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) has launched a Science and Society strategy consulation, aimed at promiting greater public involvement and greater enjoyment and confidence in science, and also seeking how to increase the number of young people taking up science as a career.

DIUS has set up a website to support this consultation, and they are asking for your assistance to make this possible: click here to go to the website for more information, where you can also respond online to the consultation documents, which are also available via this link.

The Science and Society project is particularly interested to hear from you if you have any queries or partnership ideas.  The project team can be contacted either through the website, or by e-mail at scienceandsociety@dius.gsi.gov.uk.
