Self-evaluation
Find out about your strengths and development needs.

Look through the TDA or LLUK Professional Standards. NCETM has exemplified these to show what they might mean for teachers of mathematics.
Take time to go through the NCETM Mathematics Content Knowledge self evaluation tool to strengthen your understanding of all areas of mathematics.
NCETM also recommends and provides links to a number of other tools developed by partner organisations.

Teachers can also ‘self-evaluate’ as part of a professional development group in a school.
