timetabling A level mathematics

We timetable maths twice a week for 3 hours, but I'm not sure that many other FE colleges do the same.

I know some sixth forms who work on a 2 week timetable to 3 lessons of 2 hours and 2 lesson the next week of 2 hours - averaging 5 hours a week.

I'm also aware of one college that timetables 5 one hour lessons a week.

I'd like to teach maths more than twice a week - but need views from the community to back up any arguements for my proposal. So any views would be very helpful.

Hi,

Your timetable looks good for the students.
