Direction needed for professional development / qualification

I am a primary school teacher, based in Year 2.  I have one year experience post-NQT and am now leading maths across my 2-form entry school having recently joined SLT.  I am looking for suggestions and advice regarding the next steps of my professional development.  I am not quite ready yet for a masters (altough could perhaps be persuaded) but I don't know what maths leadership qualifications there are available out there.   Any suggestions for a course - ideally part time over 2 or 3 years and focused on maths, which would include an element of research as well as middle leadership development.  Thank you.

Some of the best CPD i got was from the MaST (maths specialist teacher program) . It was linked to the NCETM I think. Not sure if it is still running but if it is I highly recommend it

Perhaps check out what is available through your local maths hub. There should be opportunities to network, join research groups and other cpd opportunities. http://www.mathshubs.org.uk/

In your role of leading maths the NCETM PDLead Support Programme  should be considered as part of your development.
