The Directory only contains providers that have either obtained the NCETM CPD Standard - signified by a yellow rosette, or that have staff members who have been accredited as Professional Development Leads by the NCETM as a result of completing the NCETM Accredited PD Lead Programme, signified by a purple rosette, or indeed have both of these accreditations.

CPD Standard holders are organisations that have a proven track record of developing and providing high quality professional development within an evidence-based quality framework, and of continuing to do so. Accredited PD Leads are individuals who have undergone training to lead professional development.

As you search, you will find providers who offer specific courses at a variety of venues and on certain dates. But crucially, you will also find providers who can offer bespoke support to your school. Whether you are deciding how to use technology, wrestling with raising achievement at KS2 or keen to introduce rich tasks, the Directory will be fully searchable and give you details of those who may be able to help.

The mathematics team is part of North Yorkshire Local Authority school improvement services. All members of the team are NCETM accredited PD leads for both primary and secondary phases. Within the team there are accredited trainers for Every Child Counts interventions and AOEA (Association of Education Advisers).
