Moving image as a tool to support mathematical understanding

A staff development workshop on using digital technologies for a group of teachers

This resource describes a session where delegates from the primary sector can explore using film as a stimulus for a new topic in mathematics, to support a particular area of mathematics or to use for assessment purposes by encouraging children to make their own film using Movie Maker to explain a concept they have been working on.
