Ways of Working

As part of the first session participants analysed the perceived strengths and weaknesses of their department, with a focus on the ways the team liked to work together. Towards the end of the project we were able to refine these ideas and link them to the situational leadership model where different styles of leadership are adopted depending on the situation.
