Schools working together

Schools Working Together

Are you a Teaching School, an Academy, an Advanced Skills Teacher, a Specialist Leader In Education or someone working in a similar role and wish to support your staff, staff in your alliance or teachers in partner schools in working with other schools? If so, these materials are for you and for anyone who is interested in developing an approach to school-to-school collaboration and improvement.

You may be new to the role of supporting another school, or an experienced provider of school improvement who would like to think afresh about your role.

This “Schools Working Together” microsite has been developed to support practitioners who are working with individuals and groups of teachers to improve the learning and teaching of mathematics.

  • It is based on the fundamental principle that when schools work together everyone develops and improves.

Other features of this unique resource include:

  • Links to a wide range of further support on the NCETM portal;
  • A collection of “Other Weblinks”  giving you access to a wide range of school improvement resources and relevant bodies; and
  • access to an online community to share your experiences and learn from others.
