This 26 minute interview, with Lorraine Tonks, Principal of Chetwynd Primary Academy in Nottingham, covers all the ways in which, from a school management perspective, teaching for mastery has been embedded throughout the school. The interview mentions Gemma Whiley, the teacher at Chetwynd who is a (Cohort 1) Mastery Specialist now working with six other primary schools in the East Midlands West Maths Hub area. If you would like to listen to a specific section of this interview only, you can save time by following the links here below:

[NB: if you want to show just one of these sections at a staff meeting or workshop where there isn’t a secure Internet connection, we suggest you download the whole video, then, once downloaded, move the blue time bar along to the section you’re interested in, and press PLAY.]

A fantastic summary of your journey - thank you for sharing. I will be using excerpts from this to share with my own staff about how we can move forward on our own journey.
