Tracy Thomas is the headteacher of Horsmonden Primary School in Kent. Two teachers from the school took part in a Teaching for Mastery Work Group, led by a Mastery Specialist working with Kent and Medway Maths Hub, in school year 2016-2017. Here, in a 13 minute video, she explains what that participation entailed, and how the work impacted positively on the whole school.

If you’d like to join a primary Teaching for Mastery Work Group with your local Maths Hub, you can read about opportunities on our Teaching for Mastery in Maths: Opportunities for Primary Schools 2018-2019 page.
