Support for parents and carers helping children with maths

Maths is one of the subjects you want your child to continue learning.

Whatever your child’s teachers are sending home, and whatever they are learning if they are in school, you may want to do your bit to help.

This section will try to provide some support.

Don’t worry if your own maths is a bit shaky. We’ll try to make the information here easy to understand. And, over time, we’ll provide answers to some of the most frequently asked maths questions that come from parents.

Daily lesson videos

We have also produced a series of daily lesson videos for primary age children. You might like to watch them with your child, and explore the maths together. There are currently six weeks’ worth of daily lessons, with more being added every week.
