Professional Development that worked for me
Sometime, a professional development activity really hits the spot for you. It might be because there is an inspirational trainer or because it was incredibly active and full of new teaching ideas. It may be that you meet a group of likeminded professionals or perhaps a teacher who makes you rethink your own approaches. It might be that it simply gives you opportunities to work together with others reflecting on and sharing your own experiences.
Here, some teachers talk about professional development that inspired them; perhaps even changed them for ever!
