I've used the material from NGFL Cymru on fractions (link from the Coxhoe Primary School website). I found that the online version of this resource is something pupils can work through on their own. When they discuss it afterwards, they do seem to learn from the activity. It's beautifully clear and simple.

It would be great to have some stories from the classroom about how these activities stimulated some useful mathematical learning.
Anyone willing to share what they did and how it went?
