This report is aimed at all senior managers who are planning to improve mathematics achievement post-14 as part of a whole organisation approach. Others such as teachers, teacher educators and policy makers will also find it useful.

The report explores the relationship between the structures and systems within a range of organisations, the opportunities available to influence support and deliver CPD in mathematics as well as making recommendations and suggesting actions for senior managers.
