Tracy Thomas is the headteacher of Horsmonden Primary School in Kent. Two teachers from the school took part in a Teaching for Mastery Work Group, led by a Mastery Specialist working with Kent and Medway Maths Hub, in school year 2016-2017. Here, in a 14 minute video, she explains what that participation entailed, and how the work impacted positively on the whole school.
